Dear Neighbors,

 

Please join us for the Greenleaf Cascade HOA Annual Meeting and Board Elections on July 21st at 7:00 PM at the basketball court.

 

This year's election is especially important as we have several current board members stepping down after years of dedicated service to our community. As a result, we have critical open positions to fill and need additional homeowners to step forward and volunteer.

 

Serving on the board does not require special experience—just a willingness to help maintain and improve the community we all call home. Whether you have lived here a long time or you recently moved here, your participation is strongly encouraged and your attendance matters.

 

Greenleaf Cascade has benefited from being a self-managed HOA for 20+ years. Decisions are made by neighbors who live here and care about our community, while keeping costs low.

 

The future of our HOA depends on homeowner participation. If we do not have enough volunteers to continue to manage the HOA, we may need to hire an outside management company. This will result in higher HOA dues and less direct involvement from residents in the decisions that affect our neighborhood.
