Attached is the appeal we filed, the response from the developer, and our final submission.
The hearing date is scheduled for Wednesday, July 2, 2025 @ 1:30 p.m.
All parties of record can speak for up to three minutes. We want everyone to participate. If you only want to read your previous submission into the record that’s okay. The more of us that are involved, the more the County Council will listen.
The hearing will be conducted in-person in conjunction with a remote meeting platform. Snohomish County Department staff, attorneys for the appellants, attorneys for the applicant, and parties-of-record may participate at 3000 Rockefeller Ave, 8th Floor, Jackson Board Room, Everett, WA or remotely using the following Zoom link:
